		<description>Wow............When I began to read this, I thought, early to mid 1900&#039;s........WRONG!  1963 - two years before I was born.  This explains why my mother (who had worked into her mid thirties) had to leave the workforce on her marriage.

I agree with the above post!  A little visual census of the current affairs programs demonstrates this point cleary.

Have we moved on?  Sometimes I wonder.</description>
